PRODUCT NOTE

CUT THIN. CUT WIDE.OTORO WITH WARM RICE.

Selected bluefin otoro, sliced thin and wide
to become one with warm sushi rice.

It may look like wagyu. But the taste is pure tuna:
rich in flavor, clean on the finish.

From the cut to the original silver jubako,
every detail shapes a new way to enjoy
bluefin tuna for breakfast.

A LITTLE BACKSTORY

It was supposed to be
a duck ramen shop.

It began with duck ramen, made for his wife.

The shop was taking shape. The soup recipe was ready.

But what ended up on the breakfast menu in Asakusa was bluefin tuna over rice, served in a jubako box.

Off-script could be a good thing.
